Firstly you need to establish a clear action plan to achieve your goals. We have a selection of plans from ‘Tone and Shred’ to ’Muscle Bulk’ to our specialised plans for sports, such as golf, tennis or cycling.
Once you’ve chosen your plan you’ll be sent a calendar and workouts to follow. There’s a PT chat function to ask questions. You follow the visual workouts and at the end of a session you log your progress. We track this to see if you’re on course.
The schedule works around the time you can dedicate to workouts. Most plans offer three sessions a week and most last between 25 to 45 minutes. If the plan is not working for you then we can switch to a different program.
Too tough for the guys! This plan is designed with the female physiology in mind. It is very hard work but great fun and very satisfying to complete!
