Every month we go through how you’re doing and assess the progress and discuss tactics to improve the running and to monitor any injuries picked up along the way.
By keeping up with all your runs and times the goals can be set that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time framed. Making it clear what you need to do to smash your targets.
Finally you get to run the distance you’ve set your eye on. From there you can decide if you want to ‘go again,‘ and set up another plan to move yourself forward even more.
